When someone’s planet sits on your North or South Node, they don’t just attract you. They tug on your life trajectory. The question is: are they pulling you forward, or looping you back into old patterns?

What “North Node synastry” actually is

1. Get precise node placements

1. Generate both natal charts with accurate birth times if possible using the free natal chart calculator.
2. Note each person’s North Node sign, degree, and house. The South Node is exactly opposite by sign/degree.
3. Keep orbs tight: prioritize conjunctions/oppositions within 4°. If the orb is wide (6–8°), treat it as background, not a major life marker.

2. Identify who is “node person” vs “planet person”

When you see a connection:

• Node person = whose North/South Node is being hit
• Planet person = whose planet or angle is doing the hitting
