Service Description
DEEP ORACLE (deeporacle.ai) is an AI-powered oracle analysis platform spanning BaZi (Chinese astrology), Western Astrology, and Tarot. All content provided by this service — including chart calculations, natal charts, card interpretations, AI readings, and classical text citations — is for cultural and informational reference purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice of any kind.
User Responsibilities
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for the accuracy of birth information you provide. Analysis results are for reference only; you bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on this service. Using this service for any illegal or infringing purpose is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
Our platform design, prompts, deterministic calculation engines, database structure, and user interface are protected by copyright and owned by Deep Oracle. AI-generated reading text produced by our models under our prompts is delivered to you for personal use; you may save, print, and share your own readings. User-provided birth data belongs to the user. If we ever use aggregate anonymized data for model improvement, we will state so explicitly in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BaZi, astrology, and tarot analysis are traditional cultural interpretations and are not scientifically validated. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform assumes no liability for direct or indirect losses arising from use of this service.
Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this service (in whole or in part) at any time. For paid subscribers, if termination affects a period already paid for, we will provide reasonable notice (typically at least 30 days) and will prorate refunds or grant equivalent credits for unused balance. Terms modifications are published on this page. For material changes affecting how we process personal data, we will request explicit re-consent via email or on-site notification.
Refunds and Subscription Cancellation
**Cancellation**: subscription plans can be cancelled at any time via Account → Manage Subscription through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for the current period. **Refund of unused credits**: one-time credit packs do not expire. If you have not consumed any credits from a purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@deeporacle.ai; we will refund via the original payment channel. **Consumed credits are non-refundable**: each detailed reading consumes one credit; once consumed, the credit is deemed delivered and cannot be refunded. **UK / EU distance-selling cooling-off**: under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right to cancel; however, if you begin consuming credits within that window, you are deemed to have expressly requested immediate delivery of digital content and the cancellation right ceases for credits already consumed. **Non-delivery refunds**: if a reading fails to generate due to our infrastructure (network errors, AI timeouts), the credit is normally not deducted automatically; if a deduction was made without delivery, contact support@deeporacle.ai for a manual refund or credit restoration.
Account Deletion
You can self-serve account deletion from Account → Delete Account. After submission, the account enters a 30-day grace period: during the window, logging back in cancels the deletion. After the grace period, we permanently purge your account record, reading history, share links, and feedback from Supabase; this is irreversible. Financial transaction records (purchases and subscriptions) are retained for 7 years separately to satisfy tax and dispute-resolution requirements. If self-service deletion is temporarily unavailable, email support@deeporacle.ai to request manual deletion; we will process within 30 days.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence gives you stronger protections, that local law prevails. Disputes should first be addressed via support@deeporacle.ai; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the courts of England & Wales having jurisdiction. These Terms do not include a mandatory arbitration clause.
Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited: (1) unauthorized automated scraping or API abuse; (2) reverse-engineering the oracle calculation engine or AI prompts; (3) bulk-generating readings for resale; (4) using the platform to publish illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content; (5) circumventing credit-management or payment systems; (6) impersonating another person or submitting false account information. Violations will result in account suspension; we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
