Terms of Service

Deep Oracle is operated by a UK-based sole trader under the brand name "Deep Oracle" ("we", "us", "our"). Deep Oracle computes a chart from the birth data you provide using a deterministic engine (classical Ziping BaZi), then uses an AI model to turn that chart into written interpretation, delivered as reports and chat. All interpretive content is cultural and informational in nature and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice of any kind.

The written interpretation in reports and chat is generated by an AI model. To produce it, we send the engine-computed chart and related details (such as gender, age and year), together with any questions you ask in chat, to a third-party AI provider for processing (see the Privacy Policy). AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or inconsistencies and is for reference only. The chart itself is computed by our deterministic engine, not by the AI.

Deep Oracle's content is for personal insight, reflection, inspiration and entertainment only. It is NOT medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not make important life, health, legal or financial decisions based solely on this service. Astrological interpretation is a cultural tradition — subjective, uncertain, and not scientifically proven; we make no guarantee of its accuracy or of any outcome from acting on it. You must be 18 or older to use the service. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account's security and for activity under it. One account per person; don't share credentials or impersonate others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you provide.

Paid features are one-time purchases (credits and chat passes), not auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown at purchase. What you buy is digital content that is delivered and accessible immediately — reports are generated on demand and chat access is activated at purchase. Because of this, except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

The following are prohibited: (1) unauthorized automated scraping or API abuse; (2) reverse-engineering our chart-computation engine or AI prompts; (3) bulk-generating interpretations for resale; (4) using the platform to publish unlawful, infringing or fraudulent content; (5) circumventing rate limits, quotas or the payment system; (6) impersonating others or submitting false account information; (7) interfering with the operation of the service. We may restrict or suspend accounts for breach and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

The platform's design, prompts, deterministic computation engine, database structure and user interface are protected by copyright and belong to us or our licensors. Interpretations the AI generates from our prompts are delivered to you for personal use — you may save, print or share your own results. You keep the rights to your own birth data and grant us the licence needed to process it in order to provide the service.

The service is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (including the statutory rights UK/EU consumer law gives you).

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page: deletion immediately locks login and starts a 30-day grace period, during which you can undo it by signing in; after the grace period your account and all associated data are permanently deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales; where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence gives you stronger protection, that local law prevails. Any dispute should first be raised for good-faith resolution via support@deeporacle.ai; failing that, it is subject to the courts of England & Wales. These Terms contain no mandatory-arbitration clause.

We may update these Terms; we'll notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
