Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-10

Summary

All paid content on Deep Oracle is one-time digital content that is delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase. As a result, once a purchase is completed all sales are final and non-refundable. This page explains that policy and the rights you keep under law.

Why all purchases are final

What we sell is digital content supplied immediately: a report is generated on demand the moment you unlock it, and chat access is activated at the moment of purchase. Because the content is provided and accessible immediately after purchase, we cannot "un-supply" what has been delivered, and refunds are not offered. At checkout you confirm that you consent to us beginning to supply the digital content immediately, and that you acknowledge you thereby lose the 14-day cancellation right you would otherwise have under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to the extent supply has begun.

Failed or undelivered generation

If a report fails to generate for reasons on our side (e.g. a network error or model timeout), we generally do not deduct your credit. If you were charged but did not receive the corresponding content, contact us and we will re-deliver it or restore the credit.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect the mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law. If digital content we provide is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, your corresponding rights under UK/EU consumer law are unaffected by this policy. Contact us about any such issue.
