禄为养命之源马是扶身之本二者最喜相见且如寅午戌马在申甲禄在寅甲干寅上遁见丙申上遁见壬则以丙为天禄壬为天马在日时上交互见之谓之天禄天马又甲人遁至戌见甲戌谓之活禄甲子人遁见丙寅谓之活马又如寅午戌在申而时干得庚亥卯未在己而时干得丙申子辰在寅而时干得甲巳酉丑在亥而时干得壬以日支求时干以时干求日支互换得之谓之禄马交驰又如甲禄在寅申子辰马亦在寅却是甲子甲甲甲辰生而时得丙寅帝座上会禄马谓之禄马同乡又如禄前马后如辛巳人得戌日时乙亥人得辰日时辛禄在酉马在亥乙禄在卯马在己不见禄马而禄马藏于其中谓之夹禄夹马鬼谷遗文曰时居日禄当得路于青云五马交驰可致身于黄阁珞琭子云背禄逐马守穷途而恓惶禄马同乡不三台而八座韩命书有孤孀禄马之说如甲子见丙寅庚午见壬申此虽禄马同乡殊不知甲子乃一阳乙丑二阳丙寅三阳纯阳无阴也庚午乃一阴辛未二阴壬申三阴纯阴无阳也此二者谓之孤孀禄马虽同乡亦不吉理愚歌曰禄马飞天无刑尅旺相中生须至贵林开曰马在长生须富学禄逢帝旺足钱财若还刺死兼流役是带悬针刼煞来又曰禄若临时马不来此人只是有钱财一生耻话招贤士死绝关门誓不开详诸说见禄马兼有又乘生旺为妙
