夫化者隂阳合化之意也乃天地相停五行均配化内成局运转而成封帝侧化象伏而平生碌碌谓干支相停者化是㸔日时合化不合化五气有化象湏要纯一清洁化而或返有贵有贱化而不化或夀或夭乙旺庚从庚旺乙从庚日主无气化有气方可用若各无气不可用如丁壬化木生于春则夫从妻生生于冬则妻从夫生是谓化也如甲寅己巳甲戌壬申谓甲巳化土得土局长生在申甲戌甲寅癸巳戊午戊癸化火生于寅月临官于巳旺于午此化气得时得位辛夘戊戌甲寅庚午甲就午中巳土化为真土故主福厚富贵余倣此推类属从化格判旺衰照伏拱遥局分明暗若甲乙日干见地支寅卯辰全者为类见亥卯未全者为属乙日见巳酉丑或申酉戌之类为从甲日见巳乙日见庚之类为化类属要身旺而从化要衰也丙丁日四柱皆火而时支得卯木谓之木火相照壬癸日四柱皆水而时支得一金谓之金水相照壬生午月水无根乃弃命以从午中丁火丁与壬合如夫妇此伏象也此说伏照不同其理无异贵以上八法乃㸔命定格之大闗键湏细推之再考诸家贵格
