A whole-sign chart with Aries rising puts Capricorn on your 10th house and Aquarius on your 11th, exactly as above, so the January 7 new moon falls in your 10th and the January 22 full moon in your 5th. That version is considerably more specific than the Sun-sign one, and it costs only your birth time to check.
