金以至阴为体中含至阳之精乃能坚刚独异众物若独阴而不坚冰雪是也遇阳则消矣故金不炼不成器聚金无火难成脱朴之名金重火轻执事繁难金轻火重煆炼消亡金极火盛为格最精金火全名铸印犯丑字即为损模金火多名乘轩遇死衰反为不利大火炼金幸功名而退速纯金凑水遇富显以赢余金能生水水旺则金沈土能生金金贵则土贱金无水干枯水重则沈沦无用金无土死绝土重则埋没不显两金两火最上两金两木财足一金生三水虚弱难胜一金得三木顽钝自损金成则火灭故金未成器欲得见火金已成器不欲见火金到申酉己丑亦可谓之成也运喜西北不利南方生于春月余寒未尽贵乎火气为荣性柔体弱欲得厚土辅助水盛增寒难施锋锐之势木旺损力反招剉钝之危金来比助扶持最喜比而无火失类非良夏月之金性尚在柔形未执方尤嫌死绝火多而却为不厌水盛而滋体呈祥见木而助鬼伤身遇金而扶持精壮土薄而最为有用土厚而埋没无光秋月之金当权得令火来炼煅遂成钟鼎之材土多培养反为顽浊之气见水则精神越秀逢木则琢削施威金助愈刚刚过必缺气重愈旺旺极则害冬月之金形寒性冷木多则难施琢削之功水盛而未免沈潜之患土能制水金体不寒火来取土子母成功喜比肩聚气相扶欲官印温养为利
