知悼子卒、未葬。平公饮酒、师旷、李调侍。鼓钟。 杜蒉自外来、闻钟声。曰、安在。曰、在寝。杜蒉入寝、历阶而升。酌曰、旷饮斯。又酌曰、调饮斯。又酌、堂上北面坐饮之。降、趋而出。平公呼而进之、曰、蒉、曩者尔心或开予、是以不与尔言。尔饮旷、何也。曰、子卯不乐。知悼子在堂、斯其为子卯也大矣。旷也、太师也、不以诏、是以饮之也。尔饮调、何也。曰、调也、君之䙝臣也、为一饮一食忘君之疾、是以饮之也。尔饮、何也。曰、蒉也、宰夫也、非刀匕是共、又敢与知防、是以饮之也。 平公曰、寡人亦有过焉、酌而饮寡人。杜蒉洗而扬觯。公谓侍者曰、如我死、则必毋废斯爵也。至于今、既毕献、斯扬觯、谓之杜举。 平公失礼燕饮、使杜蒉入寝而直斥其非、未必即能任过。乃三酌之后、竟不言而出、先令猜疑、不知为何故。及一一说出、乃不觉爽然自失矣。此易所谓纳约自牖、终无咎者也。文甚奇幻。
晋献文子成室 晋献文子成室、晋大夫发焉。张老曰、美哉轮焉、美哉奂焉。歌于斯、哭于斯、聚国族于斯。文子曰、武也、得歌于斯哭于斯聚国族于斯、是全要领以从先大夫于九京也。北面再拜稽首。君子谓之善颂善祷。 张老颂祝之词、固迥然超于俗见。文子又添全要领句、见免刑戮、乃为无穷之福、尤加于人一等。善颂善祷四字、为两人标名不朽。
