Business Partnership Synastry Analysis

The term 合伙合盘 refers to the use of the same synastry-style comparison method applied to business partners rather than spouses. On this site, the underlying calculation does not change with the relationship type. What changes is only how the resulting structures are interpreted: the same output that might be read as a marriage-compatibility remark can also be read as a note about working rhythm, division of attention, or how two people handle pressure in a joint undertaking.
合伙合盘和合婚用的是不是同一套计算
Yes. The calculation used for 合伙合盘 is the same calculation used for 合婚, and also for parent–child and friendship readings. The site does not run a separate algorithm for business partnerships. The relationship type is an interpretive frame, not a computational input.
This means that the structural comparison between two charts is identical whether the people involved are spouses, co-founders, siblings, or collaborators. The same heavenly-stem combinations, branch interactions, scoring rules, and ten-god observations are produced. What differs is the language used to explain them. A configuration that in a marriage reading might be described as a difference in how each person expresses care could, in a partnership reading, be described as a difference in how each person approaches deadlines, money, or client-facing decisions.
The practical consequence is that users should not expect a 合伙合盘 to reveal business-specific facts such as profit, legal risk, or market fit. It reveals the same class of structural relationship information that any two-person chart comparison reveals, then asks the reader to apply that information to a working context.
关系类型的差别落在哪一层
The difference between relationship types lies in interpretation, not in the chart mathematics. The comparison is structurally neutral. It identifies recurring tendencies in how two charts interact, but it does not know whether the two people sleep in the same house, sign contracts together, or meet once a year.
For 合婚, the interpretation tends to focus on private life: emotional expression, domestic rhythm, family expectations, and long-term cohabitation. For 合伙, the same structures are read against a different background: who initiates, who checks details, who absorbs external pressure, and where the pair may repeatedly misread each other’s working style.
A fixed configuration may therefore appear in both contexts with different wording. In a marriage context, a particular planetary or stem relation might be phrased as one person wanting more closeness while the other wants more space. In a business context, the same underlying relation might be phrased as one person pushing for faster decisions while the other wants more process. The structure is the same; the vocabulary changes.
合伙场景下值得看的几项输出
In a 合伙合盘, several outputs are more immediately useful than others. The first is the heavenly-stem combination indicator. The five standard 天干五合 pairings are:
- 甲己化土
- 乙庚化金
- 丙辛化水
- 丁壬化木
- 戊癸化火
The 合盘 output marks which of these pairings appears between the two charts’ heavenly stems. This is not a score of success. It is a structural marker showing a particular kind of affinity or entanglement between the two people’s expressed orientations. In a working relationship, it can be read as a note about where the two people find an easy channel and where that channel may also become habitual or difficult to interrupt.
The second useful output is the general description of the structural relation between the two static charts. This description gives tendencies, not events. It may suggest that one chart tends to activate the other’s sense of urgency, or that the two charts combine in a way that makes external feedback feel more pointed than either person expects. These are not predictions that a venture will succeed or fail. They are recurring shapes in the interaction.
Third, the ten-god perspective can be useful in a partnership reading. For example, if one chart has a strong 财星 configuration and the other has a strong 官杀 configuration, the pair may show a repeated pattern in which one person is more sensitive to practical or material conditions while the other is more attentive to boundaries, authority, and pacing. This does not mean one person is right and the other wrong. It means the interaction may repeatedly produce that division of attention.
分数与等第在合伙上更不适用
The score produced by the 合盘 calculation is a rough anchor, not a precise measurement. It is rounded to the nearest five and constrained to a range between thirty and ninety. A score of seventy-five should not be read as meaning the partnership is three-quarters likely to succeed, nor as a finer measurement than a score of seventy or eighty.
This limitation is even more relevant in a business setting, because business outcomes depend heavily on external factors that a two-chart comparison cannot see: market conditions, capital structure, regulatory timing, customer behavior, and the presence of other team members. The score does not measure those things. It only gives a coarse indication of how the two charts sit relative to one another.
Using the score as a filter for whether to enter a partnership would be a misuse of the tool. The score may be used as a starting point for asking questions, but it should not be treated as a grade. A lower score in 合伙 context does not mean the business will fail, just as a higher score does not mean it will succeed.
合盘之外必须另外确认的事
A 合伙合盘 cannot confirm whether a business arrangement is viable. Several things must be checked outside the 合盘:
- Legal and financial due diligence, including contract terms, ownership split, liability, and exit conditions.
- Practical compatibility of working hours, location, communication tools, and decision-making authority.
- Track record and references, especially where one party will control money or client relationships.
- The actual business model, market demand, and capital requirements.
The 合盘 may highlight where two people are likely to repeat a particular friction, but it cannot tell you whether the business itself is sound. A structurally tense 合盘 between two highly competent operators may still produce a successful company if the operation is well designed. A structurally harmonious 合盘 between two people entering a bad market will not rescue the venture.
同一份合盘在不同关系里怎么读
The same 合盘 output can be read differently depending on the relationship. A stem combination such as 甲己化土, for example, might be read in a marriage context as a note about how the couple organizes domestic life or handles shared resources. In a partnership context, the same combination might be read as a note about how the two people handle practical implementation: who tends to consolidate, who tends to stabilize, and where the pair may settle into a fixed division of labor.
Similarly, a 财星–官杀 contrast between two charts can be read in a family context as a parent–child dynamic around rules and resources, or in a business context as a recurring pattern around budgets, deadlines, and authority. The structure does not change. The questions asked of it change.
The interpretive work in 合伙合盘 is therefore not to ask whether the two people are compatible in some absolute sense. It is to ask what shape their interaction is likely to take, and whether that shape is workable for the specific venture they are considering. The same output that describes a couple’s domestic rhythm can describe a founding team’s operating rhythm. The chart does not know the difference. The reader does.
